1. Information Collected by Hospitals/Clinics

Patients provide their personal information (such as name, phone number, address, or appointment details) directly to the hospital, clinic, or practitioner during registration or consultation. We do not collect this information directly from patients.

The healthcare provider remains the owner and controller of this information.

2. Information We Process

Our software may temporarily process the following data only to send WhatsApp notifications:

• Patient phone number
• Patient name
• Appointment details
• Case sheet links or updates provided by the hospital

All information is processed based solely on the instructions of the hospital/clinic using our software.

3. Purpose of Processing

We use this information strictly to:

• Send appointment reminders
• Deliver case-sheet links
• Provide updates requested by the healthcare provider
• Facilitate communication between patients and providers

We do not use this information for marketing or analytics.

4. Data Storage & Retention

• We do not permanently store patient phone numbers or medical data unless required for software functionality.
• Data used for WhatsApp messaging is processed temporarily and only for message delivery.
• Hospitals/clinics decide how long patient data remains in their system.

5. Data Ownership

All patient information belongs to the healthcare provider. We act as a technology provider and data processor. Providers can modify or delete patient data at any time.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share patient data with third parties. Data is shared only with:

• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Inc.) – for delivering messages
• Healthcare providers using our system

We employ secure technologies such as:

Providers are responsible for:

• Maintaining accuracy of patient information

10. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly process data of minors unless entered by healthcare providers as part of treatment.
